07/22/23: If you want to try Vietnamese cuisine, this is your must-to-come place. The small cafe shop serves excellent food with a cozy and warm Vietnamese atmosphere. Customers often come through the back door located near the Subway side. If you come through the front door located in the MLK, please bang on the door to get the owner’s attention. I hope it helps

Incredible soup, meat is tender, broth is rich, feels like one of the most authentic spots I’d been in Seattle. Will be back.

The best Pho in Washington State (I’ve comfortable in saying that because I’ve probably been to all of them) and the only place that has Namvang Noodle (or Phnom Penh Noodle). It’s a small menu but that’s because they’re confident enough with the quality of their foods. Family owned and the customers are consisted of local Cambodians and Vietnamese especially the elderly (basically the people who knows how to cook)!

Excellent noodle soups. It is not your typical pho restaurant. There are few options: oxtail pho, stew, steak and eggs. The flavors are some of the best in Seattle. Cash only. I keep coming here every week.

This place is the best hole in the wall! I went here with my family as we thought the place served pho because it advertised that it did, but it didn't. They specialize in Hu Tieu, a Vietnamese pork and prawn soup. Although they didn't have pho we settled for what was on the menu since we were in line and starving. My sister and I got the Hu Tieu Nam Vang, hers was without all the toppings because she is a picky eater and I had everything in mine. My dad got the Bo Kho with rice noodles. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food since it was all new to us we were unsure at first but the flavors came through! In the Hu Tieu Nam Vang, there was a variety of meats like shrimp, liver, beef, and quail egg with the aroma of fried garlic and green onions. It was so savory and filled me up. The Bo Kho was also good too, my dad said the broth was rich and tasty. Definitely would go here again, but remember that they only take cash so make sure to bring cash.

Delicious! It was sub freezing in Seattle this weekend and my pipes froze...I didn't feel like making food once the water thawed so I visited Huong Que. The beef stew with rice noodles blew my mind, such a lovely combo of oils and flavors. I'm so glad I finally tried it. The wait was a bit long because everyone had the same idea on this cold day, and they only take cash, but it was worth it!
